Large Beetle Pine End Tables
The first time I used the new router planing rig. Each table ~2’x2’ and almost 3” thick. This video show the process for flattening large pieces. Watch as the first tabletop is flattened, revealing the natural pine and beetle stains.

Each piece was sanded to 320 grit and finished with General Finished Dead Flat Topcoat. This offers a durable surface while showcasing the natural colors of the pine. The table tops were fastened with inset bolt sockets to antique stands provided by the customer.
